Try Secca One for up to 120 days from the day it arrives. If it's not for you, for any reason, email us at support@hellosecca.com with your order number. We cover the return shipping, and once your Secca One is back with us, we refund you in full, to your original payment method.

5-Year Warranty

If your Secca One stops working because of a defect within 5 years of delivery, email us at support@hellosecca.com. We repair or replace it for free, shipping included.

The warranty covers defects. It doesn't cover damage from a fall or from opening the device. Cotton pads wear out with use and aren't covered.
